Happy 45th bday Freddy Garcia! Went 17-8 as a rookie in 1999. In 2001 he finished 3rd for Cy Young, going 18-6 with an AL best 3.05 ERA & a 1.12 WHIP while leading AL in innings. From 1999-2006 he went 116-71 with a 4.01 ERA. Was 12-8 with a 3.62 ERA in 2011.
