@FlyingBrussels It has been 15 months since I filed a lost baggage claim. I still have not received compensation. Furthermore, your customer service is awful! Is it normal that I can’t even get an update! Shameful!

@FlyingBrussels It has been 8 months since I filed my claim for delayed baggage. After numerous emails & phone calls, the only feedback I get from you is “we are working on your claim” You should be ashamed of this level of service!

@Aeroplan On May 17th I called and explained that I would like all my flights credited in 2022 be reversed. This is a clerical error by the person handling my business travel. Every time I call,nobody can provide an update. Strangely, one segment only has been reversed.
