Every GP can charge what they want, there are no set fees, few GPs outside of capital cities are charging over $100 for a standard consult. Bulk billing is still running at above 70%.

@stefanroberts You don't have enough volts. 115v VS 240v is the problem.
Electric kettles work too slowly in the US so have never taken off.......and when did you last hear an American say (ok there are 300 million of you so maybe someone did say it) "I'm dieing for a cup of tea" .
