@ksatnews on a drive from San Antonio to Houston this past weekend the price of fuels on avg were 1 dollar cheaper in SA than some in Houston why? PRICE GOUGING? SA produces 21k barrels a day and Houston is one of the largest producers of fuels. INVESTIGATE THEM!
