@DougKezirian Doesn’t matter (except in the turnover scenario I noted) The rule you are thinking of is that a personal foul from one team negates a 5 yard penalty that doesn’t carry an automatic first down. It doesn’t negate a 10 yard penalty of any kind.
@sportsrapport Take the $100 and put it in a high yield savings account. And do that anytime you would otherwise make a sports bet. This is the best advice you will ever get on this app.
@Al_Iannazzone@TomRock_Newsday Yea! Woody Johnson needs to get involved. Who has been hiring all these coaches and gms and overseeing a dysfunctional organization for the last 16 years? That’s who Woody needs to deal with first.
@LombardiHimself Its fair to say both (a) SF front office had a realistic, not wishful, assessment on the ceiling of this team and acted accordingly and (b) the team has exceeded that and in hindsight SF may have made a different decision on how aggressive to be at the trade deadline
@ProFootballTalk Also, the play they went with—a pass from shotgun—was just as likely and available from the 2. Bizarre to take the point of the board to go with that play that they always could have tried.
@LombardiHimself Reality is that without Bosa and Warner (and a healthy Aiyuk) Lynch correctly assessed the team’s ceiling and not worth trading draft capital for a rental under these circumstances.
@sportsrapport They can set whatever limits on lines they want. But the different limits for different players is predatory. States are granting limitted licences and should not allow this.
@sportsrapport Yes except not $1k. Limts should be limits for anyone. If you would take a sizable bet from someone you should have to take it from anyone. And yes, if book thinks it's sharp then adjust the line.
