I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the last couple of months. It really has made the world of difference to William and me and has helped us both through some of the harder times.
I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well.
My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months. On the days I feel well enough, it is a joy to engage with school life, spend personal time on the things that give me energy and positivity, as well as starting to do a little work from home.
I’m looking forward to attending The King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet.
I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take this much needed time to heal.
Thank you so much for your continued understanding, and to all of you who have so bravely shared your stories with me.

The disgusting comments from Meghan Markle fans about Prince Louis and his flamboyant behaviour are vile. Prince Louis is growing up in a loving family where he is allowed to be himself. What and who he grows up to be will it lessen his worth or his stature in the eyes of his family or us. You’re exposing your own bigotry.
UK - I am so upset by this.
What looks like a young cow has escaped from her field. The police think it’s ok to ram her with their police car.
This is truly disgusting of the police. Wtf is wrong with this country 😳😱

It is my honour to perform at the very special D-Day 80 event at the British Normandy Memorial on June 6. It is a momentous occasion that reminds us of the limitless sacrifices of that campaign, and it will be beautiful. Please watch on @BBCOne, starting @ 8:30am.
We hope you enjoyed this weeks episode 🖤
Lots of you have told us that you didn’t know we posted and the video hasn’t popped up unfortunately. We tried to talk to YouTube about it but all we get is a response from an AI robot 😪

Our night at the Malvern Manor was intensely frightening! This evil entity inside is known to hurt people and scare them away forever. We also uncovered crucial evidence related to an old murder mystery, potentially enough to reopen the case.

Why are WE paying for Tories to be trained in public speaking ?
Their party should be paying for that surely ? https://t.co/7dZgSFSk9f
It pains me to write this message as I like to find a silver lining in everything and I’m a very grateful person.
Yesterday we were told my Dad’s cancer has spread throughout his body. After months of being medically gaslit, presenting 7 times in a&e, being sent home from hospital too soon only to find my Dad unconscious on the bathroom floor and having to call an ambulance, being laughed at when Dad said he didn’t feel well enough to go home. Only to come back in again.
For the last 3 months I’ve been advocating for my Dad and being made to feel like a dickhead. We have both been spoken to like we were being dramatic, by consultants.
3 days ago a new urology consultant at the rd&e became involved in my Dad’s care… in 3 days he’s done what I’ve been asking for people to do for the past 3 months. My Dad’s cancer has spread throughout his liver and lungs and bones and his left kidney no longer works. Even though he’s been told his treatment is working as his PSA is low so they didn’t bother to investigate his symptoms. Even thought I’ve been saying for 3 months, there’s something seriously wrong with him, I don’t think his treatment is working, please scan him… as I’m having to flush blood clots through his catheter each day.
Why has it taken months of horrific suffering and this consultant has taken action in 3 days.
My Dad deserved so much more than this. I am truly heartbroken by the whole process.
The point of this message. Patients, advocate for yourself. We may not have medical degrees but we know our bodies. If you’re too poorly to push, get someone to push for you. Doctors… we may not have a medical degree but we know our bodies. PLEASE LISTEN TO US
