@EODHappyCaptain Good points - leaders need to experience life with their soldiers, or they won’t know what’s going on in their own units. I had lousy leaders that used the phrase, “A bitching soldier is a happy soldier,” to ignore actual problems. Listen to your troops and see what’s up.
