@TLRailUK you've literally just run an almost empty trains through fpk to pbo and cancelled the next... I'm now waiting about 1 and a half hours!? Who is making these terrible decisions?? Sort it out
@TLRailUK what i find amazing is so many trains are still running to cambridge...can any of these trains be changed to at least help anyone going to pbo? It seems like complete disorganisation particularly when cambridge is also served by Liverpool street
@UP_S_UK our package that was delivered to a yeep locker has now been returned to the original sender. We were given no code to access the locker and I've had no response to 2 DMs over 7 days. Thoroughly shocking service.
@UPS_UK we've been waiting for a code for several days for a parcel that's been delivered to a @yeep box... no code given and no way of getting our parcel. We still can't access the box and it's now christmas eve... not great service UPS!
@UPS_UK Still no reply and still no present for my boy tmrw. We ordered well in time so this is fairly disgraceful UPS... please update. What I really want to know is why something was delivered and then customers weren't given a code to retrieve their post!? It's been 4 days
@TLRailUK the shortage of train crew seems to be a real issue... are there any plans to train more people? It's really helping the cause for driverless trains... I think most commuters would welcome it
@TLRailUK I was hoping to get home at a decent time today but fpk to pbo 1623 cancelled and next train was running 30 mins late... meanwhile cambridge has many many many trains.... when are pbo customers going to get a better service?
