@MrJamesMay The income from an ag business and land value are not linked. Land and property values are distorted by a number of things, particularly investment buyers. And as land is a finite resource, its values tend to climb far beyond normal inflation.

In case you've heard news today about our glorious PM touting the wonders of 'Carbon Capture and Storage' it's a non functioning technology that has been pushed for the last 10 years by the fossil fuel industry. It's ridiculously expensive and doesn't work.

@LeeFarming Sorry forgot to reply. Seems fine on them. Novice drivers and 100+ acres a day of wagon grass was all good. We didn't push the ramp angles that hard, probably will do for 2nd cut to see how it copes.

Brilliant summary of how the climate saving crusaders are deluded if they think planting a tree will offset their flight, holiday or any other emissions. Planting trees is a way of people carrying on as normal whilst feeling like they have done good, the big climate con!!!
