I’m thankful that God’s love for me doesn’t depend on my performance. That my value is found in who I am to Him, not in what I do.
“Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son. He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins.”
Ephesians 1:4-7
#Jets QB Justin Fields: “I’m going to get pretty vulnerable right here. This week, I found myself in my closet, crying on the ground, laying down. Not because of the hardships, not because of the troubles…"

NEW: Jets QB Justin Fields speaks about his faith in Jesus Christ after being benched, says he is going to use the opportunity to spread God's Word.
"I've always asked God to give me an opportunity and a platform to spread His Word and sometimes it doesn't play out the way you always plan it."
"I think the position I'm in right now is a great opportunity to spread that message."
"God's been with me through the ups and downs and, I'm probably at a low right now..."
"My faith is so rooted in Christ to where nothing can break me..."
"As far as my job goes here, I'm gonna be the same. I'm going to come to work the same ... And again, just try to continue to spread that message of how good God is..."
THIS! Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie Emeka Egbuka says his goal isn’t stats or fame, but to honor and glorify God through his game and his life.
Amen! Win or lose, give God the glory. 🙏🏽
Here’s what Emeka Egbuka had to say when asked about all the success he’s had so far his rookie season: “I don't enter any seasons of my life with too many expectations when it comes to statistics or anything really. I'm just trying to honor and glorify God, be obedient to whatever He’s called me to. So I feel like He has me in Tampa for a reason. And that purpose is bigger than football, I believe. So just trying to use my platform to be able to impact people in any way I can and just give glory to Him when success comes my way and when it doesn’t, still praise Him all the more.”
