Please, could you help organise people to come to one of the last court appearances I have – before my criminal trial – that is occurring on Monday, 11 November 2024.

(the trial does not currently have a schedulesd date)

This hearing is at the District Court of South Australia (South-West corner of Victoria Square).

We will determine our success, or otherwis. of my special leave application to the High Court, shortly before this hearing.

I know many of you well. I ask,sincerely, that if you know a professional group in Adelaide, that if you could advise them of my request, and that a good time to attend in front of the domed District Court building 🏛️ , would be from 9:00am to 9:30 am.

My hearing is ar 9:30 am.

My point is either they are shifting profits, or really poor at running a business....in both cases, Australians are losing out.

also note that royalties, payroll tax etc etc is not a tax on profits; a company that has 38bn in revenues & not paid tax is one that is shifting profits

Perhaps a limit on no of properties, absolute amt of deduction or % of taxable income pre deduction?

@TMFScottP Scott it's not the suppliers that are providing the discount but coles/woolies that are demanding it to get traffic in the door.....speak to a few people that manage those accounts even at the big suppliers and they are held hostage by the volumes those 2 can deliver.
