@chilternrailway @ajtempest I also use Southwest trains whilst down south and can confirm they always have a minimum of 8 carriages, and often 10 or 12. Please can you explain why other operators are able to provide customers with a decent service, while Chiltern struggle to put 4 carriages on at times?

I also use @southwesttrain1 and they always have at least 8 carriages and often 12! If they can’t sort it out the franchise should be given someone who can.

How come @southwesttrain1 manage to run with EIGHT carriages all day every day. I was one of the lucky ones to get a seat but feel for those packed in like sardines for over 90 minutes.
