@UK_CAA How much longer are you going to keep stringing us along. Somebody somewhere has the answers and its our right as consumers to know. Enough is enough now. If the CAA got fined each day over the 60 days i can bet we'd have all been refunded
@UK_CAA Still no refund and claims company have had information for over 2 weeks and no sign of progress, I need refund for my kids xmas where is it? @BBCWatchdog@SimonCalder@ATOLprotected
No updates from CAA in a week, as family's around uk are relying heavily on refunds for xmas and for other holidays, There should be no further delay, @BBCNews@SimonCalder@UK_CAA
@UK_CAA A full week past your deadline i want our money back, Don't give me the keep checking email and bank line it is way past the promised deadline and your claims company has had our Extra info for close to 2 weeks now
@UK_CAA Fair enough but you have failed to sort refunds on 2 occasions, Protect Claims have had all extra info for well over a week and we desperately need that money back, not right having to borrow money off people when you have 3500 of our hard earned money
My Mrs suffers from bad anxiety and because she is terrified of letting kid's down on promise we made for using refund to give them the best xmas she feels suicidal, you may not care but i certainly do @jeremycorbyn@UK_CAA@BBCNews@BBCBreaking
@UK_CAA Why am i still waiting after PC received my info on 2nd my kids lost holiday and my promise to give them the best xmas to make up for it is going fast because of your incompetence is giving us our money, my mrs is broken because of this

Today marks 65 days with no refund, Protect Claims received Extra info on 2nd Dec and have still not looked at it. This is unacceptable, it is our money and we desperately need it @UK_CAA@BBCWatchdog@BBCNews@SimonCalder
@UK_CAA Can you please explain why protect claims have had our information for over a week and is still awaiting to be assessed? We don't have alot of money and need our refund for Xmas @BBCWatchdog@BBCNews
@UK_CAA Protect claims have had our paperwork for over a week and its still waiting for review,so much for direct debit being refunded by 14th October, we have waited far to long,
@UK_CAA@vicky_s77 But it is causing longer delays you say 60 days pause when info requested. In that case it should have been sorted day 62 its now Day 65
