@dabearsblog They’ve already overperformed by winning the group, making the quarter finals would be a massive success, and actually winning it would surpass West Germany in 54 for the biggest shock in the history of international football
@StickzNPuck@IcyVert Surely Norway should be desperate to play their biggest rivals at a World Cup? I always want England to play another British team when they qualify
@CFCDaily Worrying thing is that Congo will probably set up the same way, hopefully he starts Rashford and Saka in that game as we looked much more dangerous when they came on
@nonregemesse The problem is that game of thrones was at its most popular around seasons 6/7 when they’d given up on any coherent plot in favour of big budget battles and hype moments
@PeteFiutak He definitely could be, but there’s a good chance he wouldn’t be at the World Cup as playing at the top level year in year out is much more physically demanding. In the MLS he can keep fit whilst having Argentina as his main focus
@stokaljona Would love a full FA Cup style World Cup; all 200 odd nations, no seeding, straight knockout. The winners would still only play 8 matches which is what they will this tournament
