@rohindhar @AidenTyler Can confirm. There are multiple lenders that will finance individual units in TICs in SF. Although terms aren’t as favorable relative to condos and single family. For example, higher rates and mostly ARMs.

@jasongorman Not ruin, but maybe slow down their growth. If the junior dev is onsite and has a team of other devs around them in the same domain/specialty, then they’re going to benefit from ad hoc technical discussions or low friction pairing opportunities.
