@FirstBankngr it painful that I did an ATM transaction from our branch at ebutemeta lagos and I was debited twice I made a report at the same branch on same day and was told it would be reversed in 24hours time and it's more than a week nothing has been reversed and no message

@FirstBankngr the said amount debited is 20,000 naira twice of which the ATM machine dispensed just 20,000 but I was debited 40,000 please I would need a quick response on this thanks for remaining the best bank
