I've spent $150 to $200 @MySmithsGrocery a week for well over 10 years and it makes me sad to have to part ways. My Smith's makes me check out at alcohol, at beauty, and then for the rest of my groceries. I checked out 3 times for less than $50 worth of stuff. And no Visa? Bye.

@MySmithsGrocery Thanks for the response. My Smith's is located at 3701 Constitution NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. We've been going there for over 10 years. A lot of the same workers have seen my kids grow from babies to 3rd and 5th graders. This store has everything we want and need.

@MySmithsGrocery We don't like that self checkout is sometimes your only option for checking out. Have you ever used self checkout for $200 worth of groceries. The final straw at our particular Smith's is that in an effort to curb theft you now have to check out separately from each department.

@MySmithsGrocery Our complaint is not with them employees we see from week to week, they are kind, helpful, and great at what their jobs. Our frustrations lie in the fact that we can't use a Visa credit card, which we needed in a financial low point to use.
