Localised flooding from rivers and surface water is expected on Thursday and Friday due to heavy rain and snow melt.

Eight regional Flood Alerts are currently in place across South West, North East and Central Scotland.

Rivers will rise across the day and remain high overnight through Friday. Local Flood Warnings will be issued as required.
