Dear @myntra & @MyntraSupport, is “partial refund + vague responses” the new customer experience standard? Returned an item and still waiting for the remaining refund despite multiple follow-ups. Would appreciate a resolution, not just templated replies.
@CheQ_One It is more than 24 hours and my credit card payment is not received by the bank yet. What is more worrying is that I am not able to contact @CheQSupport team. Can someone please address my concern at the earliest? Yesterday was the due date for the bill payment.
