Pink PS5 AIM controller came in with both triggers destroyed. L2 jammed, R2 missing its mouse click switch entirely. Replaced the shafts, levers, and switches. Now it's working great.

K-Silver sent us their new tension-adjustable TMR joysticks. Sensors are great. The design isn't. Cap goes on permanent, so repairs get brutal. Won't seat in Edge Stick Modules without clipping the housing. Adjust tension and the stick height moves too. Hard pass.

Your new controller isn't safe from stick drift. Stock Xbox sticks use carbon tracks that wear down. We swapped in GuliKit TMRs. Contactless. Perfect.

Customer mailed in 2 Xbox Series X|S controllers with severe stick drift. Left stick was getting stuck and barely responsive. No cleaning fix exists for that. Replaced both sets of joysticks with GuliKit TMRs on both controllers. Drift gone.

PS5 came in with a broken trigger spring jammed in the R2 module. Trigger springs are way too fragile on 010 and 020 PS5 controllers.

This customer is a genius. Instead of buying two new Edge modules that will drift again anyway, they mailed in their old ones for a TMR upgrade. Carbon tracks wear out. Magnets don't.

Chroma Pearl PS5 came in with stick drift. We installed mouse click triggers and bumpers, clicky face buttons, and swapped both joysticks to GuliKit TMRs. Calibrated, perfect.

Steam's new controller ships with K-Silver TMR joysticks. Early versions of those were rough, ended up in some SCUF builds, and the performance wasn't great. K-Silver has since gone through multiple revisions and their new TMR l joysticks are legitimately good.

PS5 SCUF with a completely worn out R2 trigger, the internal plastic was so far gone you could see debris inside. Replaced it with standard Sony PS5 triggers, which is more reliable than SCUF's original parts anyway. Controller also had stick drift. Fixed that too.

Swapped both joysticks to GuliKit TMR magnetic modules. Soldered, calibrated, done.
