The day came that we had to lay you down. My life will never be the same again. You were the greatest man alive. I am privileged that you were my Pappap and I was your grandson. RIP Raymond B. Curry Jr. I’ll be looking forward to seeing you again ❤️
Sloppy Joe Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
- ½ cup yellow onion, diced
- ¾ lb farfalle pasta, uncooked
- 1 can Manwich sauce (15.5 oz)
- 2½ cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes with juice (14.5 oz)
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
Instructions:
1. Prep and Preheat: Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. This casserole is going to be hearty and delicious!
2. Brown the Beef: Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 2 minutes, then add the diced onions. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, breaking up the beef as you go, until the meat is nicely browned and the onions are soft. Drain off any excess grease.
3. Add the Sauce Base: Pour in the Manwich sauce, chicken broth, and the entire can of diced tomatoes including all that flavorful juice. Don't drain those tomatoes - we want all that good liquid!
4. Cook the Pasta: Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then stir in the uncooked farfalle pasta. Cover the skillet and let it simmer gently until the pasta is al dente. This will take a few minutes longer than the box directions since we're cooking more gently. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and taste-test a noodle to check doneness.
5. Add Corn and Cheese: Turn the heat down to low and stir in the frozen corn. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese, cover the pot, and let it sit for a few minutes to melt. Then gently stir everything together until the cheese is completely melted and creamy.
6. Transfer and Top: Spoon the entire mixture into your prepared casserole dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
7. Bake and Serve: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and heated through. Remove the foil for the last few minutes if you want the cheese extra golden. Serve hot with warm cornbread on the side!
Hot Italian Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp creamy Italian dressing
- 12 slices deli ham
- 12 large slices pepperoni (from deli)
- 12 slices salami
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- ½ cup pepperoncini, sliced
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. Get Ready: Preheat your oven to 350°F. These loaded Italian sliders are about to become your new favorite party food!
2. Make the Spread: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Italian dressing until smooth. This creamy mixture adds amazing flavor and helps keep everything moist.
3. Prep the Buns: Slice your slider buns in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, and set the tops aside for now.
4. Add the Spread: Spread the mayo and Italian dressing mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Don't skip this step - it's what makes these sliders extra delicious!
5. Layer the Meats: Start building your Italian masterpiece! Layer each bottom bun with a slice of ham, followed by the pepperoni, then the salami. The combination of these three meats is what makes these sliders so special.
6. Add Cheese and Veggies: Top each stack with half a slice of provolone cheese (or a full slice if you want extra cheesy). Add some roasted red peppers and pepperoncini on top of the cheese for that authentic Italian flavor.
7. Complete and Top: Place the top buns over the fillings. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning, then brush this mixture generously over the tops of all the sliders.
8. Bake Until Hot: Cover the entire pan with aluminum foil and bake for 18-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through. Remove the foil, brush with more butter if you like, and serve hot!
Pizza Tortellini Skillet
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese (½ block)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ⅓ cup mini pepperoni (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. Brown the Beef: In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning while the meat is cooking.
2. Add Pepperoni: Add about ⅓ cup of mini pepperoni to the skillet with the beef. Let them cook together for 2-3 minutes until the pepperoni starts to get crispy and releases its oils for extra flavor.
3. Drain and Add Aromatics: Drain any excess grease from the pan, then add the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to let the garlic burn.
4. Create Creamy Sauce: Add the marinara sauce and cream cheese to the skillet. Stir well, breaking up the cream cheese and mixing it in completely until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
5. Cook the Tortellini: Add the frozen tortellini directly to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the tortellini are heated through and tender.
6. Add Cheese and Finish: Top with the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, plus extra pepperoni. Either broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until bubbly, or cover and let sit on low heat until the cheese melts completely. Serve hot.
Fauci never told you the Covid vaccine could cause miscarriages.
Joe Biden told you that if you got the vaccine you wouldn’t get Covid.
This is when a Pfizer executive admitted that their vaccine was never tested to see if it would stop transmission.
Sen. Rand Paul has obtained a copy of Anthony Fauci’s COVID-era phone, which allegedly contains evidence that Fauci deleted official government records, per WSJ.
Look at how Fauci lied.
Now that he’s been exposed through his own diary, go back and watch what he said each time.
“The COVID vaccine is 100% effective!”
“Okay, 99%.”
“Okay, 90%.”
“Okay, 70%.”
“Okay, only 50%.”
“Okay, 33%.”
“Okay, you need a booster.”
“Okay, two boosters.”
“Okay, some people got injured.”
His own diary seals it:
He privately wrote that the 8-month booster interval “was not based on any biological or clinical science. It was based purely on logistics… That is just not true” — while publicly selling it as pure science.
And he bragged about personally convincing de Blasio and Newsom to close schools and lock things down… then later swore “I didn’t recommend locking anything down.
”Private notes vs. public statements. Never matched.
My first win since my dad passed. I don’t like to talk about it much, but the last two months have been really tough. I’m missing my crew chief, my driver coach, my dad, the guy who I looked up to more anyone. I know he would be proud the way I ran the top (much better than him lol) to win my first Micro A-Main at Port City. We love and miss you so much dad.💚
