Carnage in the final week.

Got some leaks but still transferred in an unused Marmoush dud. Only managed 7 starters plus 3 sub ons.

But Jarrod Bowen: total hero! His haul clinched the last and biggest of my MLs, plus saved the 5th top 100k in a row.

2025/26 FPL Season Review

Started the season with a full playing 15, trying to stick to proven FPL assets topped up with DEFCON guys and cheap enablers with the aim of hitting an early BB. Average started but set up to roll for a while.

Yikes, now hoping to stay <100k rather than reach 50k.

Although did continue to slowly eat away into lead (now 6) of work league for a grandstand finish.

Quite unfortunate to not make captain gains. Was never really playing Rogers but clearly should.

I made a comparison between the average points of creators using WC32 + BB33 + FH34 and those using WC35 + FH33 + BB36.

The results show a small difference, with the first strategy having a slight advantage of about 3.50 points on average.
