@IsseiAsiax There are so many people talking about "applying japanese by using it", but I feel like you should first have understanding of the language on a decent level until you start practicing output. And also, generally people are learning japanese to watch something imo.

@funk_a_lunk @IsseiAsiax Depends on what your goals are in japanese. If you want to understand content in japanese and you are just starting then I think a beginner 1k-1.5k words flash deck is really good. Also, how will you speak japanese when you can't even understand it yet?
