Another unique aspect of substance use in University, is that there is often stigma around both using substances and not using substances, and students struggle with remaining autonomous as they navigate this stigma. #StigmaEndsWithMe#StigmaEndsAtCU#NAAW
It can also be easy to normalize substance use as part of the 'University culture'. However, some people choose not to use substances and it is important to respect that choice, without pressure or questions. This is one way to reduce the stigma surrounding not using substances.
