A microscopic graze or a slight brush that does not visibly change the ball's path is legal.

But VAR rules the goal out for Egypt. This is corruption by FIFA.

@Bubblesvicious2 @RefereeC21621 Explaining a specific play vs the flow is not doing anything to the people that are watching and don’t understand. This is a horrible call. You can call a push on every play or a foul but you have to incorporate the flow of the play.
