@AllstatePP I am contacting you regarding a serious issue with a refrigerator purchased from Home Depot just over a year ago. After submitting a claim to SquareTrade, the company contracted by Home Depot for warranty services, we have experienced significant frustration.

@AmeriSave I have contacted my state reps, the local news company. I don't know what else to do. I don't think it is right/ethical that you can hold somebody's money and the contractors do not get paid.

@AmeriSave buyers beware. Amerisave does not care when there is a storm damage and insurance pays you. They want to keep your money and collect interest off of it. They sub contract this side out and there is nothing they can do for you. My roofer is still not paid.

@AmeriSave Do not use this mortgage company. Once they get you onto their loan service, they subcontract their services out to another company. I had storm damage on 7/29 and once State Farm finally issued the checked, Amerisave had to endorse

@StateFarm @StateFarm Pam denied my claim. I have a roofer coming tomorrow and then Shakera (Pam's boss) said her decision is final via an internal investigation. The roofer has not even submitted a report.

@StateFarm She kept reminding me that they had recordings of my call and when I asked for them, she kept saying "you can get them when you get a lawyer."

My husband and I have every insurance on this house that you can have. In addition, we have bundled with home and auto.

I am writing you to let you know that I have waited 3 days to talk to Shakera and the experience was absolutely horrible. She talked over me, came at me, didn't explain the $1700 payment, when I need $4300.

@StateFarm Shakera finally called. She talked over me and hung up on me. She is rude and would not let escalate my claim. Then kept saying "we can agree to disagree, " the proceeded to hang up. This is ridiculous.
