Everyone will point to the results instead of looking at what really dictates long-term success, and that’s process. I get that they’re 11-5 and nearly won a Super Bowl, but that’s what every team does when they’re in a rut. They point back to old accomplishments instead of looking at how the process is working right now and how it projects into the future. The Eagles organization needs to do themselves a huge favor and re-evaluate every single thing they do on the coaching side, specifically with systems and planning. This is way past being just a bad stretch, because it’s been this way all year. They may have played one complete game all season. That’s not good enough with the roster they’ve built and talent they have.
One of the worst defensive performances ever by the Eagles.
But it’s more than that. The simplistic offensive scheme is an enormous problem. And the team seemingly has unraveled, which is beyond alarming.
Have never had less confident in a team holding a 3 point lead with 2:33 left. Just let them return the kickoff for a TD and give the offense some extra time.
Absolutely pathetic. Many places to put the blame but ultimately it comes back to the Nick Sirianni. The Eagles have had the same problems all year on both sides of the ball and none of them have gotten fixed. If anything they've gotten worse.
The fact this 2023 Eagles team won 11 games and competed for NFC Homefield needs to be sent away to Vienna or something and studied by the smartest psych people on Earth. Unreal level of fraud.
Players don’t know who should be on the field. Players don’t know where to line up. Predictable play calls. Burning timeouts because you can’t get plays in on time.
The most important drive of the game and this is how your offense performs?
