The one-time Green Bay tight end, who was at minicamp for a tryout, caught 11 TDs from Aaron Rodgers in 2020.

Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.
In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.
Aaron Rodgers is in the Steelers facility this morning.
He was one of the first guys in the building before 7am, left for about 45 minutes with a staffer and returned around 7:45.
Steelers will be on the practice field for their first OTA practice at 11am.
The Steelers voluntary offseason practice sessions begin Monday and Aaron Rodgers is expected to be there. Rodgers didn’t commit to the Steelers last year until their mandatory minicamp in June. This year he will be there earlier.
SOURCES: Steelers going overseas for the second year in a row, this time as the away team against the New Orleans Saints on Oct. 25 in Paris, France. The game – the first-ever in Paris -- will be played at the 80,698-seat Stade De France.
Steelers have agreed to terms with K Chris Boswell on a four-year, $28 million extension. The $7 million average per year ties him with Brandon Aubrey for highest paid kicker in NFL history, per CAA Football. Boswell is now locked in with the Steelers through the 2030 season.
SOURCES: Aaron Rodgers has been in town for a couple days, but the Steelers have not met with him yet and instead have been talking with his agent. Rodgers has stayed away from the team’s South Side facility while the three-day rookie minicamp has been going on.
FA QB Aaron Rodgers, who is expected to visit the #Steelers Friday and this weekend, will likely play for them in 2026, sources say.
A deal is not done & there is always caution until things are signed. But Rodgers’ plan is to play for PIT & these are steps toward that end.
