The left 2 boxes are (anecdotally) very common in a lot of autistic people. Right boxes: Hyperacusis is likely prevalent in 50-60% of autistic adults & I'm not sure about misophonia prevalence, could be similar.

There is absolutely NOTHING that excuses racism (includes autism). If 1 has LEARNED racism, one can UNLEARN it. There are plenty of BLACK #ActuallyAutistic like myself who clearly live/understand racism, so White autists can too. To imply otherwise is also stigmatizing autism.

Great thread from Nim here. It may seem inevitable now that trans people will take some hits and lose some institutional battles, but we're also building solid ground in the wider culture that can't be taken away.
