Thanks to Kiyyah & the entire staff at @WaffleHouse #1848. My daughter turned 5 today & wanted a birthday waffle. The service was outstanding, unprompted they made her a special “birthday waffle” and the entire staff delivered the waffle singing happy birthday! It made her day!

One of the if not the worst run company currently operating is @FedEx/@FedExHelp there is ALWAYS an issue, ALWAYS, never fails!! Combined with the fact their customer service is a -5 on a scale of 1-10. If you own a business and you ship anything do yourself a favor and use @UPS!

@FedEx Had a time sensitive signature required delivery…guess walking 30ft more was too much to ask, left the delivery note right next to my sign! Got a notification of missed delivery, was in the office behind the side door the entire time!
