BREAKING: Former governors Inslee (WA) and Brown (OR) filed responses in two SCOTUS cases. Asked what authority they had to mandate COVID products immune from liability while bound by federal contracts requiring voluntary consent, they pointed to the Ninth Circuit—which ignored those contracts.

The question is whether states can mandate experimental drugs while also requiring a waiver of the right to sue if injured. Neither governor could defend the 9th Circuit's opinion, nor did they try. In other words, America, the COVID-19 mandates were unlawful as applied to drugs classified as investigational and products immune from civil liability.

Why? You hold a privilege of citizenship and a fundamental right to sue when injured, and states are precluded from using coercion to separate you from that right by punishing you for refusing drugs immune from civil liability. This fact has 200 years of Supreme Court precedent behind it. These cases END all vaccine mandates in the nation as we now know them. Stand by for major updates coming over the next two weeks.

💉 EVERY COVID-19 VACCINE BATCH HAD A DIFFERENT FORMULA. THE BATCH NUMBERS PROVED IT.

They didn't give everyone the same dose. They gave everyone the dose they had been assigned. Now the list of assignees is the proof

Not an interpretation!
A dataset. Twelve thousand batch numbers. Compared with the adverse event reports submitted to VAERS.
The correlation is perfect.
The researchers, a team made up of 4 statisticians, 2 pharmacologists, and 1 former FDA regulator, published their findings on a decentralized server on Wednesday. The document is 147 pages long. Peer review was impossible: no journal would publish it. So, they published it directly to the public.
What they discovered: some batch numbers showed a number of adverse events 4,000% higher than others. Not noise. Not a manufacturing defect.

Three levels. Three formulas. Distributed in such a way that no hospital, no city, no demographic group received enough catastrophic doses to produce an obvious statistical signal.
They diluted it enough to call it "rare side effects." But it wasn't rare. It was deliberate.

And the way they were distributed wasn't random.
The catastrophic batches were sent disproportionately to specific zip codes.
Zip codes with a high concentration of military veterans, first responders, and independent professionals. Communities with a history of poor compliance with federal requirements.
The most dangerous doses were administered to the people most likely to resist.
The moderate batches were sent to urban centers with high media consumption: populations that would report mild symptoms, be told it was "normal," and return for boosters without asking questions.
Politicians, media figures, and pharmaceutical executives received the placebo batches.
The people who appeared on television. The people who told you it was "safe and effective" while getting injections of saline solution.
They got the same injection on television. But they didn't receive the same formula.

Now the 12,000 batch numbers have been mapped. Every batch. Every location. Every outcome.
The data is archived on the blockchain. It can't be deleted. It can't be erased from collective memory. It can't be debunked.
The team's former FDA regulator presented the dataset to the military tribunal with a comment: "This wasn't negligence. It was truly a ploy to mask a weapons deployment protocol at the expense of public health."
The tribunal admitted it as evidence on Thursday morning. GT-2026-0441. Case number.

🚨 MAJOR SCOTUS VICTORY on Mail-in-Ballots Rules...Lifts Ban on 23 States

The Supreme Court has just overruled a block placed by an Obama Judge preventing Trump's Executive Order to implement safeguards for Mail-in-Ballots.

The ruling now means states must:

-Turn over a list of every voter getting a ballot

-Put unique serialized barcodes on both the outgoing and return envelopes

If a state refuses, USPS will not deliver those ballots.

This is a major election integrity win.

The "Roadless Rule" is a radical leftist bureaucratic policy that limits firefighters' ability to fight fires. And forest managers' ability to manage forests. It's the kind of dumb left-wing virtue signaling that someone who's never been in the woods would support.
At least one of the recent wildfires in eastern WA burned more wildly because the Roadless Rule meant firefighters couldn't reach it.
The USDA is right to end this stupid bureaucratic rule.

The Little Giant Fire in Chelan County, Washingron has exploded to 70,853 acres with 0% containment as severe fire behavior challenges over 1,500 personnel on the front lines.

The lightning-caused blaze actively threatens 1,824 structures, triggering widespread Level 1, 2, and 3 evacuation orders across Chelan County.
Additionally, Crews are fighting a critical 445-acre spot fire on the north shore near Safety Harbor Campground, using heavy machinery to build contingency lines at Gold Ridge.

The eastern flank has advanced within 1.5 miles of 25-Mile Creek State Park, forcing structure protection crews to prep homes from Box Canyon to Lake Chelan.
