Just to clarify, please.....XBOX LIVE states that the core services, i.e signing in etc are normal, could this therefore suggest that we have other issues going on ? - we regularly receive different error codes during the day, and the xbox cannot even locate the wireless network
Thank you for your time and reply-Sadly all we seem to do is check Xbox Live Status - which to me, a complete ignoramus seems very loose in its descriptive coverage-the burning issue is now, - "but for how much longer?", but I guess that's like the preverbial "piece of string"

@XboxSupport Very disappointed-Xbox Live renewal subscription! -Yesterday when the account still had 8 days before renewal the price was reduced-BUT we were unable to renew (no RED RENEW on A/C) However today when we are within 7 days & the RED RENEW is available -Its FULL PRICE
