@dziewit_pa56710 @Tennessean Not sure where you got the idea you had to buy a paper. The article is free to access and says the pricing starts Wednesday. No coupon or anything just go to the store or order online.

@jj_scup @qikipedia At this point I am surprised when I find out Pratchett didn't just use a real thing for Discworld.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@qikipedia If I recall correctly there was something about the woman having coffin sized trunks that when taken off the ships in New Orleans was one of the things that lead to NOLA's vampire reputation.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@qikipedia Lady Godiva might have thoughts on this.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@qikipedia Reminds me of Klingon 🤣

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@NC5 Someone ows money to Mike Judge for using his script.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@Tennessean You could have used a photo that didn't make her look like Edna Mode

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@OneRise1990 @HFreedomAction What part of American History?

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@HFreedomAction Guessing you see no problem with those same funds going to Christian indoctrination?

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@HFreedomAction Does he also support tax dollars going to Christion Schools? If so do you also object to that?

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@qikipedia Damn the lab safety. I want super powers.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@NC5 This doesn't help.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@qikipedia And came up with the idea for the frequency hopping technology that underlies wifi. I think it was originally an idea to keep Germans from jamming torpedo control signals, but I am not positive

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@DeLoachJW @NC5 Yes your view is definitely more important than someone's life.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@Flat___________ @qikipedia Corect. And it travels the universe on the back of 4 elephants standing on the back of the great star turtle.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@Fat_Wolf @qikipedia If I understand it at all, all time is relative to the observer so that is not a question we can anwser. Or maybe not. Space-time and relatively give me a headache.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@nosuchthing I am an Eagle Scout in the BSA and I grew up living on a Girl Scout camp. All the buildings on the camp had little dedication plaques saying how many boxes of cookies had to be sold to pay for the construction.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@PowerThesaurus Another case of sarcasm slowly changing the meaning of a word.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@qikipedia Do you want mocking jays? Because this is how you get mocking jays.

[Miles @StinkyGoatDog]

@qikipedia We had the same game in the Southern US. We called it the presumably wildly wrong "Indian Leg Wrestling"
