'Always be the better person'

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@Headteacherchat But what did it lead to? 3A+....then 3A++...then 4C- Totally arbitrary and subjective grading. It was ridiculous then and it's ridiculous now!

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe No excuses for today's performance. We can only hope the management and players learn from this experience. No doubt the 'Bell Out' brigade will be shouting loudly tonight. The reality is we're 4th after 13 games. Perspective rather than venom is needed.

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@TsuiAllen Have lost count of how many Micro it's we have in school. Probably 70+. Thanks to various schemes, funding and competitions we've never had to actually buy any of them!

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@StandingAlone77 Somehow it ended 4 bookings a piece. The only positive thing to say about the ref is that he was equally awful for both teams.

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@hairyhatton So what you're saying is that these are on 'your list'?

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe In a game akin to 'boxer v brawler', the team with skill, agility and elegance won outright - a TKO in fact. Players are gaining fitness and form and it showed today. Ure was immense. Can we shut up with the 'Bell Out' talk now?

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@pennywpennyw Confession time...I always use a 'celebrity' name when doing this quiz. Suffice to say, the only question I got wrong today involved said celebrity name! IYKYK🤣

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@jpembroke You mean like how we all have the same national curriculum but there are 26,000 different ways it's delivered at Primary level?

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe Will remain positive. Played 3 relegated L1 teams. A money-bags promoted side. We're still unbeaten and only 3 pts from 1st. We'll come good once player consistency and fitness comes to the fore. Another solid performance from Booth.

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe Against a brutally physical team we mis-fired for the whole game. Too many players not quite at peak performance. The good news is that'll just take some fine tuning to improve our performance. Individually we're not as bad as the performance suggests. Still unbeaten!

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe @FearnRussell I'd put Offord ahead of White so far. Hes been Mr Consistent across every game IMO.

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@hairyhatton @RailwaymenThe @TrevGriff57 @Pigeonisland I was deliberately trying to be vague and not cast aspersions on the 'jewel' of mid-Cheshire!

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@VictoriaTheTech It irritates the life out of me that prospective employers don't bother to reply to a genuine job application. It's not hard to say 'If you don't hear from us etc'. If we put the effort in to apply the least they can do is acknowledge us when we're rejected. 😡

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@crewealexfc @ThomasBooth_ @EFL @FEFLOfficial Now give Booth a chance to cement his place rather than simply restoring Lawlor once he's fit again.

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe In the immortal words of Maximus Decimus Meridius, 'are you not entertained?'. 3 games, 3 clean sheets and undefeated. We're a work in progress and with a better final ball we've got the players to score goals!

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe Let's not forget to mention Booth's performance. He's easily criticised but did everything right today. Some 'simple' but crucial saves and he's clearly trying to release the ball more quickly. A good mature outing from the academy lad!

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@RailwaymenThe You were all a bit harsh on woke @hairyhatton I thought. The 2nd red was a bit soft after 'A-Goose' had rugby tackled and then wrestled him to the floor. The 'game is gone' if throwing a ball in frustration is a straight red!😆

[Stuart @Stippleeffect]

@fidsta77 @LeeBraganza We all know that in years to come, he'll be able to look back at this period of time as fork in the road and how it helped him grow and become the person he is. In the grand scheme of things, this is 'nothing but a flesh wound'!
