It's a law, an Amendment made up out of whole clothe written and crafted by 5 Justices... acting like legislatures ...

These two Justices CHANGED the original intent of the Amendment into something that NEVER WOULD HAVE PASSED BACK THEN!!

Let that sink in ... the Amendment they redefined, wouldn't have been the 14th amendment ... under their reimagining it ..
