We are paying for software that we cannot use. In the license issue we have, only Easycert support can help and they know that. Yet they have failed to complete our issue & initial dealings with support, we received unhelpful, rude and very unprofessional service.

Congratulations to our elec team member Shaun McBrier who has successfully passed his electrical apprenticeship FICA exam.
After 4 years of college training & onsite work the FICA is the final two-day exam apprentices must pass before they can be graded as an electrician. 1/2
