@jglapski @vee_terra @CBCEdmonton It just seems like an unusual business approach… lose your ability to have your license to operate? Is it because of covid or something more like eventually e.Coli? Getting a rep for flouting food handling rules set by AHS seems unwise for food business. Licenses are 4 a reason
Me: “There’s a relatively high risk you may have permanent lung scarring from your severe #COVID infxn. <2 weeks ago you were proned, paralyzed & ventilated, but I’m glad you survived”
Pt. w tears welling: “I thought it wasn’t real. They said it was just a flu”
Me: “they lied”
It’s been another challenging week personally & professionally, so all I could do was stitch huge blocks of color. Couldn’t handle much else than #dmcthreads Grey #dmc414#stitchbyrachel#tulanethebulldog Things are turning around.
I like to keep track of my thread cutoffs. Here is my year to date thread cutoffs for all my #workinprogress projects, and how much longer I have to go… These cutoffs are #dmcthreads for the #tusal 🧵🧵
@Crackmacs Do some research on who wants the Minister of Education’s draft curriculum for public schools. A LOT of boards/teachers do not agree with it. Make sure your school trustee actually knows what they are going to be involved with. ❤️
@OlgaBarceloYYC Olga: what is your stance on the UCP public school curriculum draft? I’m contacting all the trustees in my ward to assist in my decision for where to place my vote.
Here is page 1/32 completely finished…

This year, I’ve stitched more in 8 months than any other year of my life. My thread cutoffs usually go into teacup. April, I had to shift them into vintage sugar bowl. In Sept, I’m shifting it into the matching vintage creamer… #tusal#stitchbyrachel#dmcthreads#WorkinProgress
