@wirexapp Hi, my original ticket was raised 5 months ago via wirex support (see below). This is the latest response from that email communication. How come this old ticket is still apparently being investigated and nothing has happened yet? Surely someone, somewhere has an answer by now?

@wirexapp I've done this before, but raised another one now (774489). I've been speaking to someone at Wirex Support via email since June, and every time I ask for an update I just get told that someone is looking into it....for 5 months!
