A very fine lunch at Niall Keating and @GNev2's Tender at the @StockExHotel this week. During the day it has a deceptively simple brasserie menu, which is delivered with serious finesse. That parfait was spectacular, smooth as Sade, with a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch.
