Waiting since last 30 mins at Chandivali Mumbai branch just for a passbook. Highly sarkaari atmosphere, the staff is rude. Doesn’t fee like one of the largest private banks in India. Pathetic experience at ICICI bank

@ICICIBank_Care They told me to go to nearest branch because according to the printer wasn’t working properly. How did they print it on the same printer after 2 hours? Just pure lathargy by ICICI Bank employees at branch. Imagine this is one of the biggest banks.
