@ClaretsMag@OfficialClarets Absolute lightning quick was Mark and when through on goal (as he was many times) I always knew he'd bury it. Great finisher.
I was always suprised he never made it at a higher level but he still managed to forge a legendary non league career in the midlands. Pure goals.
@OfficialClarets Excellent news. He's a quality left back who'll only get better and better. I love how his family have really embraced the club over the years through both Harry and Finley.
The defence should hopefully benefit from continuity but also better defensive organisation from Cooper
@OfficialClarets Looks a great signing on paper. He has lots of pedigree proving his worth at Bishop's Stortford winning various end of season awards for them.
It'll be great to have a consistent, reliable keeper all season as too often we've chopped and changed in this position.
Welcome Adam.
@OfficialClarets Very solid core retained, especially in defence.
Hopefully Jett, Harry, Jason & Archie all agree to stay. Demand for them will make that tough though.
Egbo leaving i'm gutted about. He was class & was on my must keep list.
Thank you to those leaving for their service.
UTC!
@OfficialClarets Fantastic news @lyletaylor90 is staying. He's a footballer with that X factor producing so many wow moments and is a joy to watch. Football is all about entertainment and he brings bags of that. His leadership and professionalism is also so valuable as well in the dressing room.
Southend United winger Jack Bridge is set to sign for high spending National League South side Chelmsford City after the FA Trophy final.
The former Southend youth player has played almost 200 games for his boyhood side but is now deemed surplus to requirements.

@TransferCentre9 If true, Clarets fans will be delighted. Obviously as a footballer he'd be a great signing. But more than that he had two loan spells with us in his teens and his goals/impact in his 2nd spell saved us from relegation. We've not forgotten that & he'd sign as a returning hero.
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Cooper as the club's next men's first-team manager.

@OfficialClarets Fantastic appointment. He's an absolute legend of the game who knows exactly what it takes to get out of non league.
It'll be interesting to hear how the dynamic between the new manager & Head of Football will work. This will be a big change from last season.
Top work @SJGore
@OfficialClarets Really good result. Sadly results vs numerous bottom half sides earlier in the season has cost us a title challenge and play off run. Shame, as we're only turning a few draws into wins away from being in the title mix.
Tight league.
Let's hope for better next season
@ClaretCroch@Hwilson00000@connorc941@ETFCOfficial Wright will be in big trouble & deservidly so.
He'd been biting on verbals all game & clearly that wound him up adding to the over reaction when hands were laid on him.
But, a cardinal rule for fans is never lay hands on players. It's inviting trouble, as this fan found out.
@OfficialClarets Big 3 points.
But, that was ugly. Like Sloth outcof thr Goonies. We struggled all gsme to fashion a chance despite our great graft and possesion.
A win is a win and we needed this. But, we're a million miles away from being s National League side. Which is our objective.
@OfficialClarets That was a proper Chippenham Bob result. Ugly as sin, but we got the three points and most importantly @adamchantry312 is in a good mood!
