Tiziana today announced updated clinical data from its ongoing Expanded Access ("EA") Program evaluating intranasal foralumab in 14 patients with non-active Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (na-SPMS). $TLSA
The data demonstrate that intranasal foralumab continues to be extremely well tolerated over extended treatment durations.
Patients showed encouraging trends in stabilization of disability as measured by the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) and meaningful improvements in fatigue as measured by the Modified Fatigue Impact Scale (MFIS).

✅ Azteca now moves from engineering, funding & regulatory preparation into site mobilisation & delivery. On schedule for June 2026.
✅ Initial phase targets the processing of partly processed material to establish operations & early cash flow.
✅ Binding US$4.6m prepayment offtake facility provides funding for licensing, refurbishment, commissioning & initial working capital.
✅ Azteca is expected to generate early cash flow to support working capital, ongoing operations & the funding of the DFS.
✅ The LI also supports the staged pathway toward the larger 5.5 Mtpa DR-grade Amapá Project, which remains subject to further studies, financing & operating licenses.
