@nextofficial I ordered a sofa in time for Christmas. Was delivered today with only 3 feet that fit so unusable. The soonest you can get a technician to use is 27th Dec. What are we supposed to sit on over Christmas? Customer service is just not good enough.

@ElyImp @anon_opin Do your know how much blood testing equipment costs? Plus 2 days of nursing/medical care, IV drugs plus giving sets. Also surgeries need to pay for rent/mortgage, gas, electricity, tax, insurance, water, emergency drugs and equipment, staff salaries, training etc.

@DrJPGannon @ShivaniM_KC Most neonatal units use standard bags bought in from large manufacturers. Only vitamins and trace elements are routinely added in house. Extra electrolytes can be added if needed. All added in a pharmacy aseptic unit - worksheets and additions all double checked.

@SameraMPharm £2 per hour plus pay at time and a half for calls. 1hr for 1st call then extra time if cumulative time spent on all calls is over an hour. No time off - expected to work the days before and after.

@hannahmillana Pharmacists get a lot of inappropriate calls overnight which then impacts on safe working during the day. Gatekeeping helps stop this. We have this in our trust and it stops some but not all of these calls.

@LittleDoctorVic I had surgery when my exclusively breastfed child was 4 months old. I was given incorrect information by staff and given no opportunity to pump. I ended up breastfeeding on the hospital corridor at midnight as child not allowed on the ward.
