Only those close to us know how the team went above and beyond in every sense of the words to make this a reality. It didn’t matter if we were bedridden, didn’t sleep for days or had to miss out on important personal events - WE WERE THERE FOR BUILDERS AND WE DELIVERED 🤝

And it’s not just on the hackathon, our team shipped tons of cool open source (Solana AI Kit, @stdotacademy + courses, Superteam Cloud, tons of skills & automation, the Submission Revisor, and the list goes on and on - just check out our GH/solanabr), attended more events than I can remember and continuously mentored talented latino builders from the ecosystem during the offseason.

I understand & respect the decision of running a separate hackathon for @RadiantsDAO @solanamobile but guys, please coordinate this better!

> put in a deadline before the global hackathon (hmm ok not what I would do)

> postpone it to the same day as @colosseum (great, makes sense)

> PUT IN THE DEADLINE 7 HOURS BEFORE THE COLOSSEUM ONE (!!)

Legit asking, what is the rationale behind this? In practice, it just made things more confusing for builders and now we have really strong submissions that missed the deadline 😭

For next time, I would recommend closing at least 1 day after the Colosseum hackathon, to give builders a bit more time to polish and adapt anything necessary after the main hackathon sprint.
