Grassroots clubs across X, is there a shortage of accessible 11v11 pitches in your area?

Over 40 11v11 pitches have either been franchised, privatised, removed completely or turned into smaller sided pitches in the last 35 years, in that time, only 1 11v11 pitch has been added.

What happens when teams move from 9v9 to 11v11 and there are not enough pitches? Is it about growing the game or is it simply about making more money?

@MolineuxExpress I wouldn't say no to him, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, likes a fast paced, high tempo approach, certainly wouldn't be get to the half way and pass back to the keeper stuff we are used to.
Would salary be an issue? He was on £4m a year at Flamengo.

@bakes1970 I think he's best served to U23 football, he doesn't seem to have that bite required to chew the players out when they don't perform.
The modern player needs someone who can call them out when bad but also an arm round the shoulder when needed. It seems RE only does the latter.
