@nickwakarimasen from personal experience, i do think this issue is present in all speedrunning, and you're right that every community will exist like this, but from the prolific runners that have quit because of this alone, to recent issues, i think the sa2 community are an abnormality for this.

this aside, can we just take a moment to appreciate the SADX community? i think the divide in quality of commune from sadx to sa2 is absolutely horrific, and the sadx community is what exactly every speedrun community should aspire to be, those guys are just so fucking awesome.

I had previously gotten multiple bans from so many chats and peoples personal communities from being extremely pro-sa2, defending any elitism claims, grasping on to the community i so dearly loved with war in mind.
