A few months ago, I shifted my perspective on Web3, no longer viewing it the way most people do. Instead of chasing every new token or hype narrative, I found myself fixated on one crucial question: why do some projects build loyal communities that stand the test of time, while others fade away after launch? That question truly changed my outlook. Since then, I’ve dedicated hundreds of hours to studying everything from project launches and community dynamics to social media growth, Telegram ecosystems, marketing strategies, holder psychology, and the common patterns behind projects that actually stand the test of time.

I’m StoneFace.eth, with a focus on Growth Strategy and Marketing. I enjoy dissecting things, identifying what’s broken, and building systems that promote genuine growth, rather than just inflating numbers for a brief moment.

Every day, I think about questions like:

• Why do people join but not stick around?
• Why do communities fall silent?
• Why do marketing campaigns flop?
• Why do founders find it hard to keep up momentum after launch?
• And most importantly, how can we fix these issues?

I don’t believe sustainable growth comes from a single viral post or a big-name influencer. Instead, it’s about having clear positioning, consistent execution, and giving people a reason to care long after launch day.

I’m documenting my ideas, sharing frameworks, breaking down marketing strategies, and constantly learning from projects across the space.
