One of the most important ways to practice self-care is making sure you are well rested. If you weren’t able to get 7-9 hours of sleep last night, take a nap or lie down and listen to music or watch your favorite t.v. show/movie. Catch up on some much needed rest today!

At this point in the semester, we are all starting to feel tired and worn out. Your mental health is extremely important and we have to make sure we are checking in on ourselves often. Be kind to yourself ❤️
