8 mths. post-divorce he still tries to control me & the ignorant judge & attorney help him. Why does that asshole judge side with an abuser?

5 mths. post-divorce & he is horrible yet. He is suddenly the good guy in my kids' eyes. I need a Christmas miracle to get me through this.

(2/2) My attorney was on the board of directors at the local DV shelter. I erroneously put my trust in her. She screwed me like my ex did.

Abuser comes out ahead. Gets everything but custody of the 3 kids. We're homeless. Felony drunk driving & misdemeanor DV = he gets firearms.

11 months into the divorce & it still hurts like crazy. He still has the Jekyll/Hyde personality-depends on what he wants/is trying to get.

Every time I feel strong and believe I can make it w/out him, he beats me back down again using only words-divorce is harder than the abuse.

Son can do free college in HS by going to HS extra yr. Graduating with AA/AS age 18. Dad's 1st words- Do I still have to pay Child Support?

Divorcing the abuser is hard when he's on his best behavior. Remember the kids. Continue it for them. End the cycle of abuse.

Divorce truly is difficult - especially when he's being the man you fell in love with. Remember, the act can last as long as he needs it to.

After receiving divorce papers, he may act like the man you fell in love with. It won't last; never does. Don't stop the divorce. BE STRONG!
