Update:
From recent Facebook updates, it seems the dogs are no longer at the property and the owners have now moved them to another location.

@RainyDaysUtube The dogs are out of the property but still with the owners, a police report has been filed and we have been in contact with an RSPCA officer directly regarding this. An investigation is now taking place.

Three dogs are still stuck in this small filthy area of a neglected property in Hampshire. This has been reported to the @RSPCA_Official three times in the last two weeks and we are awaiting a response. Please rescue these dogs.

Unknown if animals are still inside, however there seems to be movement inside the cage between images indicating they are there.
This is no life for any pet, please help us raise awareness & stop this abuse
